As a state licensed Certified Professional Inspector trained by InterNACHI, we adhere to a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means that we will inspect all of the following, when visible and accessible:

Following our evaluation, we will compile our findings in an easy to read report, which will include detailed descriptions and high resolution digital photos of any issues we have discovered. We will email you your report in a timely manner. We encourage you to attend your inspection so that we can describe the process, explain our findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all of your questions.
Recall Check
We take model numbers of appliances being sold with the house and put them into a database to see if there are any safety recalls. You will receive a computerized report on any current or future recalls.
